Placing orders

We'll email you whenever the status of your order changes.

You can also track your order at any time by navigating to Track My Order .

We can change or edit your order if you notify us before the order is shipped. 

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want to receive the order, you can log a return online on receiving your parcel. The item will then be collected from you free of charge, and a refund (or exchange, if requested) actioned once the items are returned to our warehouse.

When viewing a product you will see the "view size chart" button. This will open a window showing the size chart for the specific brand or product type you are viewing.

Payments

We offer a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayFast interface. We process

- Credit & cheque cards

- ATM debit cards (via Visa Electron and Maestro)

- Instant EFT (with SA’s four biggest banks),

- Masterpass

We charge your card as soon as the payment is made. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Brands & stock

Contact us to find out if there's any stock at one of our branches or we'll pass the message on to our buyers to include it in our next shipment.

Returns

1. Log your return or exchange : To log a return, go to the Log A Return page and follow the same steps bellow. Please read the Returns & Exchanges policy to make sure you're eligible for a return.


2. Prepare the return parcel: Pack the product in its original packaging, and into a shippable box or other packaging to protect the products on for their return.


3. Collection: We will notify the couriers to collect the order. This is usually collected the same day. VERY IMPORTANT: You need to print out the 4 waybill and attach it to the parcel to be returned. We will send you the Waybills immediately after notifying the courier.

  
4. Receive & Review: When the package arrives back at the warehouse, the items are inspected before the refund or exchange is authorised. This process can take 2-3 days (longer during high-volume periods). 
If the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirming that your money is on its way.

Refund to your original payment method or EFT can take 1-5 working days to process, and may take an additional 2-3 working days to reflect in your account. Contacting us will unfortunately not speed up this process.Refund to Gift Card is immediate at time of processing.If the exchange is approved, you will receive an email confirming your exchange order and we’ll start preparing the delivery.  
If your return does not meet the requirements and is rejected, we will get in touch and let you know why and to arrange to have the item couriered back to you.

We want you to be stoked! If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will either repair, replace, credit or refund you. We are happy to refund any purchase provided that the goods in question are returned in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Our Refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund requests received after 14 days but within 30 days, will qualify for a The Store Gift Card and can be redeemed online or in store. To log a return or exchange click here.

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).it is not missing any accessories or parts;it is not listed in section 2 - Products not eligible for return; and you log a return on the Website within 14 days of delivery to you. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:

gift cards;books;intimates, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear (You can return unworn bikini tops if all original swing tags are attached);jewelry for piercings;customised products

Our default is to refund you to your original method of payment. Where this is not possible, we will refund you with a Gift Card.

Credit Card and EFT refunds:

These take 1-5 working days to process and may take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.

Gift Cards:

This is the fastest method of refund, as it does not rely on banking systems to be processed. The amount you paid for the product you returned will immediately in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash.

Delivery fees are not refundable unless an order has arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing.
