What made you take up surfing?
I grew up surfing at a young age and it’s a sport that lets me have fun meet many new people.
What do you love most about surfing?
I love surfing because when I am in the water, I fell like it lets me be free and not trapped.
What keeps you motivated?
I am always motivated to surf because I know that there is always something to improve on or a new skill to learn.
Favourite surf spot?
My favorite surf spot is Jailbreaks, Maldives.
Who is your role model? And why?
My role model is Bianca Buitendag because although she was ranked super low to begin with in the Olympics, she still managed to achieve a silver medal.
What is your surfing goal?
My goal is surfing is to become an influencer and be the reason many young girls want to start surfing.
What advice would you give to the young girl groms wanting to follow a career in surfing?
I would tell them to never give up, no matter how many times you fail, you can achieve something really great if you are determined.
