How to Redeem a Gift Card

A customer redeems the monetary value of a gift voucher by entering its unique code at checkout. A gift voucher holds a balance which can be spent over multiple transactions.

Reminder
Gift voucher must be redeemed in the Billing & Payment stage of checkout.

 

1. Customers input their gift voucher code by clicking Have a gift card? Click here to enter it.

2. Once they enter their gift voucher code, they must click Apply.

3. Complete the checkout by taking one of the following actions:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can simply click Place my order.
