We offer free shipping on all orders over R999. Shipping estimates vary between 2-5 days depending on location with an average delivery time of 2 days. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped using secure packaging. No orders will be released until full payment has been received.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return a purchase, please notify us at email@example.com stating your name and order number, within 14 days of receiving your product.
We are happy to refund any purchases in full provided that the goods in question are returned in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Orders that were shipped with an overnight or courier service will only be refunded for the value of the goods purchased and not the shipping. Refund requests received after 14 days but within 30 days, will qualify for a THE STORE vouchers/discount codes which are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or in store.
Please note that there are no free returns on sale items. You may still return the item at your own expense or we can arrange a collection at a charge of R80 (Major Centres only) which will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not offer any refunds on items marked FINAL CLEARANCE.
Once we receive and check the item is in its original condition we will refund your payment. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 2-7 days. EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers account (Depending on Bank).
